Dried Chestnuts are available all year.  Rehydrate and use as you would fresh nuts.  Gluten free.

Stone-milled chestnut flour:  This flour is milled in our state-licensed  farm kitchen from chestnuts grown at our orchard.  Incredibly sweet.  Easy to use.  Gluten free.

A delightful soup mix that combines chestnuts with veggies and lets the busy cook prepare a gourmet treat for the family or guests.  4 servings.

Ingredients:  dried chestnuts, carrots, onions, apples, parsley, celery, nutmeg, salt, pepper, tarragon, maltodextrin, sugar, dextrose, whey, HVP, sunflower oil, garlic, disodium inosinate, citric acid.

Chestnut 'N Honey Cornbread
Mix -- $5.50/ea

If you're tired of mush cake-like cornbread you'll love this "real" cornbread texture with the mellow flavor of chestnuts and honey.  Makes 16 generous pieces.

Ingredients:  chestnut flour, yellow cornmeal, wheat flour, dried buttermilk, brown sugar, honey, baking soda, baking powder, salt 

Chestnut Buttermilk Pancake and Waffle Mix -- $4.95

 Gluten Free.  High in fiber.  A light fluffy mix with the sweetness of chestnuts.  Quick and easy.  Makes 12  6" pancakes.

Includes 1 lb of Dried Chestnuts, 1 lb of Extra Fine Chestnut Flour, 1 Chestnut 'N Honey Cornbread mix, 1 Chestnut Bisque mix and 1 Chestnut Chowder mix in a custom designed wooden crate lined with natural excelsior and shrink wrapped with a raffia tie.  Recipes are included.  A perfect gift for the person who is new to chestnuts because it doesn't have to be refrigerated.
